Shipping & Returns

The delivery time varies depending on the destination and the availability of the product.

If it says "IN STOCK" in the detail of the garment, we can dispatch it immediately, with a delivery time from 2 to 7 business days.
"PRE ORDER" we promise to have your product ready to ship within 15 to 30 business days. Once it is ready, we will notify you and your order will be sent, with a delivery time of 2 to 4 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective order, please contact us immediately through our contact form. We will ask you to send us photos of the damaged or defective product so that we can take the necessary measures.

You can process your change by requesting a change from the Customer Service department. Contact Customer Service by email at badsistersdesign@gmail.com, answering the following queries:

1. Order number, article and size to change

2. Reason for exchange/return: (this will help us improve our service or product description).

3. Send the merchandise to Sarragosi 1334 Providencia

4. Assemble the package with the models in the same way that you received it (includes all the documentation that we send you and labels).

5. The article must come without any type of damage, stains, alterations or impregnated with odors, be they perfumes, creams, lotions or cleaning products.

Once the package is received, we will verify the status of the models to authorize the change (this may take up to 3 business days from the moment we receive the product). Once the process is finished, we will proceed to make the change.

Important: no changes are made to accessories and swimsuits, except in those cases where the product has a manufacturing fault, or Pre-Order purchases.

The garments that correspond to the Haute Couture section only changes are made by size.

In the case of the other categories, they should only be exchanged for garments of the same category.

The user may cancel a purchase order as long as it has not yet been dispatched, in which case they must contact badsistersdesign@gmail.com within 24 hours of making the purchase through the website. Once the merchandise has been dispatched, no purchase cancellation or return will be accepted.

All online purchases have change, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

In case of return due to a change of opinion of the client, the shipping costs are borne by the client. In case of return for a defective or damaged product, the shipping costs are borne by the company.
